Legal Framework and Compliance

By accessing our website and utilizing the logistics solutions provided by Fast Run Express, you enter into a binding agreement to comply with our comprehensive General Terms of Service. These terms govern the entire lifecycle of your shipment, from initial booking and documentation to final delivery and unloading.

Users are strictly required to provide 100% accurate weight and dimension data for all cargo; discrepancies may result in additional administrative fees or shipment delays. Furthermore, our services must not be used for the transport of prohibited items, including but not limited to explosives, illegal substances, or undeclared hazardous materials. Fast Run Express reserves the absolute right to inspect any consignment to ensure safety compliance and to refuse service for any shipment that poses a risk to our personnel or the public.

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon invoicing schedule. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the suspension of future logistics services and the exercise of a lien over current shipments in transit.

At Fast Run Express, your data security is our highest priority. We operate a transparent data processing policy that complies with global privacy standards. We collect essential information such as full contact details, pickup/delivery addresses, and specific cargo descriptions solely to facilitate the logistics chain.

Your data is protected using enterprise-grade SSL encryption and is stored on secure, audited servers. We do not sell or rent our user lists to third-party marketing firms. However, to ensure seamless international transit, essential shipment data may be shared with government customs agencies, port authorities, and designated local carriers. By using our platform, you consent to these necessary operational data transfers aimed at ensuring the efficient clearance and delivery of your goods.

Our Shipping and Cargo Policy is designed to maximize the safety and efficiency of your supply chain. Shippers are responsible for ensuring that all items are packaged securely to withstand the rigors of multimodal transport, including sea waves, air pressure changes, and road vibrations. Any damage resulting from insufficient or improper packaging remains the sole liability of the shipper.

All delivery timelines provided are estimates based on standard transit conditions. Fast Run Express is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, labor strikes, or unforeseen customs inspections. For time-sensitive cargo, we strongly recommend purchasing our Premium Express service which includes priority routing and dedicated oversight.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our operational partners. Standard booking cancellations must be formally submitted through our platform at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund of the base transport cost. Cancellations made within a 24-hour window may be subject to a "Dead Freight" fee or a minimum administrative charge representing 25% of the initial quote.

Refunds for service failures or significant transit delays are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, governed by our internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). Please note that third-party processing fees and government customs duties already paid are non-refundable in the event of a client-initiated cancellation once the documentation process has commenced.

Fast Run Express maintains full operational compliance with all domestic and international transport regulations, including IATA for air freight and IMO for maritime shipments. Our liability for any loss or damage is strictly limited to the valuation specified in the relevant international transport conventions (such as the CMR for road or the Montreal Convention for air) unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional insurance premiums are paid.

We encourage all clients to utilize our integrated cargo insurance options for high-value consignments to ensure comprehensive financial protection. By accepting our bill of lading, you acknowledge these liability limitations and the legal framework governing international trade and transportation.
